Eggs of Amateur Radio Operators	- Our Wishes - Our goal is to increase the number of young amateur radio operators. In Japan, aging population of amateur radio operators is a serious problem. About 60% of Japnese radio amateurs are in their 60s or older, and only 0.7% are under 20s. To solve this problem, we wanted to alleviate the financial burden on young people.
Licensing Workshop	- The ARDC and us - Recently, we came to know ARDC and their effort. Their approaches are almost in line with ours. ARDC provides financial support to groups that help young people become radio amateurs. With a grant from ARDC, our first youth workshop was held August 22-24. A total of 18 young people between the ages of 10 and 16 participated in the course, learning about regulations and engineering. As a result, 17 amateur radio operators were born.
Experimental Operation by Kids	- For young people's continuous activities - We hope that this grant will be used to improve the environment in which youth can conduct radio operations after obtaining their licenses, so that they can continue their radio activities for a long time and extensively. Prior to the licensing workshop, we provided participants with the opportunity to operate amateur radio station experimentaly. They enjoyed real radio communications under the supervision of a qualified control operators.
